All Knife sales are final and there are no returns. If a knife is received and there is a defect you should contact Hypercut within 48-hrs of receiving the knife. Email hypercutmfg@outlook.com to report the issue. Return shipping instructions will be given. After receiving the knife, Hypercut will inspect for defects as instructed and repair or replace the knife.
